Return&Refund Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied we've made the return process super easy.

If you are not satisfied with your order, or if you would like to return or replace the product, please contact us any time from Monday to Friday within 21 days of receiving the product.

 

Step:

1.Please send us an email stating the item you want to return and the reason, and provide package photos(Within 21 days after receipt of the goods).

2.We will get back to you within 24 hours, and when it is confirmed that you can return it, we will give you a return address.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.When our warehouse receives the package and confirms that there is no problem, we will refund you immediately. Normally you will get the refund within 24 hours.

 

If the following:
1.The buyer bought the wrong product
2.The buyer accidentally damaged the product
3.The buyer doesn't want the product anymore.

Unfortunately, the return postage is undertaken by the buyer.

 

If the following:

1.We sent the wrong product
2.Product quality problems

We will refund or exchange it for you. And the return postage is undertaken by us.
